Having been involved in local government for over 30 years, Paul has a depth of experience particularly in the areas of general management, reporting, policy development, report writing, financial, budget and cost control, community facilitation/consultation, to name just a few.
Having been General Manager at four different councils over a period of 20 years, Paul has a thorough understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities which local government presents. Paul can efficiently analyse, assess and identify solutions in a short space of time to help his clients identify solutions.
Paul can also help his clients navigate their way through council processes. Undertaking structural reviews to optimise the allocation of resources is also a strength.
Paul is a former President of the Local Government Managers Association at both State and National Level, along with serving on various Government review boards throughout his time in Local Government.
A member of local government in North West Tasmania for 27 years, Andrew has a broad depth of experience and knowledge across a wide range of areas.
Having held senior leadership roles for over 20 years, most recently, the last nine years as General Manager of the Burnie City Council, Andrew demonstrates strong leadership in management and governance processes to effectively meet strategic outcomes required in a contemporary local government setting.
